Robert D. Goldberg
A Providence, Rhode Island native, Robert Goldberg received a B.A. from George Washington University in 1973 and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1976. He is admitted practice in Rhode Island, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.

In the October 2010 edition of Rhode Island Monthly, Robert was named one of the most influential Rhode Islanders, referring to him as "the state's most powerful lobbyist."

Martindale-Hubbell recognized Robert D. Goldberg as an AV rated attorney, the highest rating available to any individual lawyer.

In 1983, Robert Goldberg was elected to the Rhode Island Senate representing South Kingstown, North Kingstown and Exeter. In 1987, he was elected to serve as Senate Minority Leader, and served in that capacity until leaving the Senate. As Senate Minority Leader, Robert Goldberg served on all standing Senate committees.

Robert Goldberg is a member of numerous professional associations including:

  • The American Bar Association
  • The Rhode Island Bar Association
  • The Washington County Bar Association
  • The Pawtucket Bar Association, serving as president, 2007-2008

He has served on the Board of Trustees of the South Kingstown Public Libraries and as a member of the Special Area Management Plan Review Committee of the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council, as well as Committee Chairman of the Scenic Highway Board.

He is a member of the BPOE Elks Lodge, past president and charter member of the Matunuck (RI) Volunteer Fire Department.

Thomas D. Goldberg
Thomas Goldberg received a B.A. degree from Hobart College in 1975 and his J. D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1978.

From 1979-1981, Thomas Goldberg was employed as a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society.  From 1987-1993, he served as legal counsel to the State Fire Board of Appeal and Review.  In 1998, he was appointed by Governor Lincoln Almond to serve on the Rhode Island State Ethics Commission, and served until 2002.

He is a member of numerous professional associations including:

  • The Rhode Island Bar Association, serving as a delegate from 1993 - 2016
  • The Washington County Bar Association
  • The Pawtucket Bar Association, serving as president, 2009 - 2010

Thomas served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Domestic Violence Resource Center of South Kingstown (RI) 2009 - 2015.

He is also a member of the BPOE Elks Lodge.
